Raegan Elford – Chair   Raegan has been involved in Esquimalt since 1996. Aggressively passionate about her community and most of the people around her. Raegan would like to shape the way that we approach and respond to differences noticed in each other. Mental health concerns affect a lot of people that are close to her.

Goals: Dance in the rain like no one is watching and eat food as if it lacks calories.
nick_dsc9442_web Nick Kovacs  – Vice Chair    email  Nick Kovacs moved to the Victoria area in April 2000 after completing Basic Officer Trainer with the Royal Canadian Navy.  Since then he has served on several ships, including HMCS Protecteur, HMCS Winnipeg and HMCS Algonquin.  Throughout his time in the Victoria area, he was an avid volunteer with the Military Family Resource Centre helping with the Homework Zone and Rainbow programs.  In 2011 he moved to Esquimalt with his wife and immediately became active with the Esquimalt Residents Association; becoming co-chair in September 2011.  He was appointed to the Township of Esquimalt Advisory Planning Commission in March 2012 and currently sits as the Chairman.  In April 2013, he welcomed the birth of his son. His goal with the ERA is to explore ways to expand the ERA’s mandate to better serve Esquimalt residents and to continue building strong relationships with other community associations.
